4-2-6 Breathing Method
This method of breathing is called the 4-2-6.
Inhale for a count of 4.
Hold for a count of 2.
Exhale for a count of 6.
Repeat this for two minutes.
This breath activates the PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system.
What does that mean? Simply put, it realigns and reboots your rest, restore, and digestive systems to equilibrium.

Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold that breath for 4 seconds.
Exhale out of the mouth for 4 seconds.
And then again, hold for 4 seconds.
